Payment NO LATER than due date

If you make your payment through internet banking please write the name of your child and day/time of the swimming class at the transfer description. Please send a receipt via email if paying direct banking.

Change of teacher

We strive to maintain consistency with instructors, although this is not always possible. Platypus Swim School reserves the right to cancel or change classes and instructors or move students if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

If you request to cancel your term enrolment once payment has been made, Platypus Swim School does give refunds once your spot can be filled.

Communication Policy:

While parents are encouraged to watch the lessons, parents must not approach teachers during lessons. If you have some feedback or need to inform us of an issue please send Judy an email or call on 0411857999 .

Platypus Swim School will regularly communicate important swim school information to you via email/text message or on the website and it is your responsibility to make sure you have read over the information provided so that you can manage your child’s enrolment from term to term.

Please ensure that you have notified us if there is a change in your contact details.

Keep the noise to the minimum:

If you arrive more than 10 min prior you class please make sure your child waits in the pool area.

If you have two consecutive classes please make sure the child who needs to wait stays in the pool area.

While you are waiting for the class please try to keep your child seated, if that is too difficult please come back in 5 min prior your class.

There are no scooters, skateboards, ball games or running in the driveway.

No dogs are allowed on the premises.

This pool is a nut and sesame free zone.

Please do not bring onto the premises.

Please do not eat in the pool area.
